Here are a few answers to questions you may have. Otherwise, most questions can be answered by reading our detailed Terms and Conditions.

Do I have to pay tax on the products I order?

The prices displayed on our website include 20% value added tax, which is applicable for customers in the UK and the European Union. If you live outside the UK or the EU, this tax will be deduced when you pay for your order. However you may be liable for local import taxes in your home country.


How much postage will I pay?


Products are priced differently depending on their volume and destination. Please make sure you take note of the shipping costs when checking out. Simply update your shopping cart. For large orders where weight is over 200kg, please contact us directly to see if we can get you a more competitive shipping quote. If we do not ship to your country, please contact us via email and we can give you a quote for shipping.

How are your products delivered?


For delivery in the United Kingdom most of our products are delivered by Parcelforce. When you check out, please choose the service relevant to your area, ie. UK mainland or UK Scottish Highlands and Islands and UK Islands.

For Europe and rest of the world, we use Parcelforce as well as other couriers for the larger items.Your order will be fully trackable, insured and a signature will be required on delivery. 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Providing the item is in stock, we aim to dispatch all orders within seven working days of receipt and delivery via courier will take up to three working days (UK, EU, USA and Canada) and up to five working days (rest of the world).


Which countries do you ship to?


We ship to most countries in the world. If you are trying to order an item and can’t see your country in the list please contact us for further information.
Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Do the products come with warranties?


All products we sell come with a warranty of 12 months provided by the manufacturer from the dispatch date.


Can I return my purchase?


Yes you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. However, you first must contact us and get our approval of return. Please do not send the item back until you have contacted us first. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement. Please check our Terms and Conditions for details of our returns policy.


Can I order over the phone?


We can take credit or debit card payments over the phone. Please call Paul Cocksedge Studio on +44 (0)20 8 985 0907 with the product name you are interested in and the address for shipping.  Please check online first to confirm if the product is not sold out.
